Web based interface is not available yet.
Use the Web Editor or Customizable Player Models built-in paste client. Available in the Editor under Edit/Pastes.
How to log in
Open the Customizable Player Models built-in paste client in Minecraft
Open the Editor then click on Edit then Pastes, in the top right corner click on Open in Web Browser
Click ok on the popup or copy the link and open it manually in your browser
Optionally select Stay logged in and click on Login
